Driver's in the Richmond, Virginia area.

I am currently studying the CDL manual, preparing for CDL school. I've come to the part of pre-trip inspection (engine compartment) & I am having great difficulty trying to picture these parts with the clip art they use in the manual. I've tried searching for images that show the real thing which has helped somewhat but I'm still having trouble placing / naming the parts. What I'd really like is to find a picture of the entire engine compartment, suspension parts & steering system.

Is there a person in my area that could actually show me on their truck? Or for links showing me the breakdown of these areas? I'm looking for a picture that shows all the area(s), not individual photos. If anyone has recommendations &/or tips I'd appreciate more than you can ever imagine.

It's probably obvious that I am not at all knowledgeable about what's under the hood of a vehicle. After 15 years of working in the veterinary field, I'm ready for a new career.

Thank you! -Matthew
