I haven't experienced that yet, maybe its different with tankers. They seem to like me being early.... That is crazy though.

That's interesting about the early delivery being a service failure...

They have done me right so far... I have met a few people who complain about not getting loads, however they are usually sitting at an OC watching TV and not hustling for a load... In my opinion when you are first starting out at any job, you have to show them that you are there to work, then good things tend to follow.

Offered me a dedicated route, that's close to my home. I drive for 2 weeks home for 1 week and get paid straight salary every week around 1k a week with a bump in pay after 6 months on the route.... Since I have been out, I have never been late and when I didn't have an assignment, I aggravated the crap out of dispatch until they gave me one. Maybe that's part of it.

Care to expand on this a bit more?

Was recently offered a dedicated route that pays a salary, at first I was confused as to why they offered it to me. Since I haven't been here that long.
