Pay for Accident

Thank you

Nope. The lease driver/trainer takes on this risk when they sign up to train new students. I do not believe a dispatcher is going to repeatedly hang up on him, either. Every dispatcher knows there will be problems with the students. If one doesn't run into something during their first year, it's a rarity.

Pay for Accident

Hello all! I just have a question since my son's company is not responding to him. He is in training with Prime since September. He had an accident, nobody hurt thankfully, but did several thousand dollars damage to his trainer's truck. His trainer is demanding my son pay thousand deductable. Is this normal under training? Also, he tried several times to call his fleet manager and was hung up on, I am guessing mad about the accident. His trainer also dropped him off for over 3 hours after the accident in the middle of nowhere mad. My son had to call Prime and they sent driver back. Just wanting some info. Thank you all
