Return to duty for different company or owner OP
Ok so i got my cdl back in 2015. In that same year i found a otr job and went to work for close to a year. after an injury, i had to give up that company. got back able to work, went to apply for a different company and failed their PRE EMPLOYMENT drug screen. had the drug screen, the initial or instant results was positive so i went to work for maybe 2-3 days then got a call saying my lab results were positive. that was my last cdl job, then i went to work at a non cdl job..fast forward to 2019 i had my sap assessment and have 2 more sessions before i am done. the positive results are no longer on my DAC and the company i tested for isn't either. just wanted to know how hard would it be to get another job and has anyone went through the return to duty process for a different company or just to validate cdl again?
