How long do violations stay on your DAC report?

I've been driving for 3 years now, and just recently looked at my DAC report. I have 4 violations, none of them were out of service violations, and I didn't get a ticket for any of them, just a warning and the violations on my record. The first two I got when I was still in training back in March 2021, I missed the exit for a weight station, luckily I was empty at the time. It was a Level 2 Inspection:

392.2 Failure to obey traffic control device

393.95(a) No/discharged/unsecured fire extinguisher

The next two I got were on September 2022, I was overweight by around 270 pounds over 80K and my trailer axles were over 34K. It was a Level 3 Inspection:

392.2 State/Local Laws - Excessive Weight - 1-2500 lbs over on an axle/axle groups

392.2 Excessive Weight Violation

I left a company I used to work for a few months ago for a local gig, but I wasn't making much money so I tried going back. This is the company I was working at when I got the last two violation on the Level 3 inspection. They told me I was not eligible for rehire at this time, I was confused as to why since I worked with them with no problems for a year after I got the violations, gave more that a 2 week notice that I was leaving, and left my truck clean at their terminal on my last day. My DM even said that I was always welcome back. So now I'm wondering how long they stay on your record and how bad these violations I have look to recruiters when I'm applying to companies.

How is Wislon Logistics for a new driver?

I had been considering getting a CDL A and starting a career in the trucking industry for sometime now. I recently applied to Prime for their Paid CDL Training Program and got a call from a recruiter, so I thinking of starting out with Prime. However, I've seen some posts for another company called Wilson Logistics and read some positive things about them. I got interested in them as well. I'm summiting an application to them and hope to get a call soon. It seems their training is pretty similar to Prime, but they only team drive 30,000 miles instead of 50,000 miles before going solo. So I could potentially start driving solo quicker. I got some questions and was hoping someone could answer them here. How is their pay? Prime said they would start me at .46 cpm once I go solo after training and from what I seen on a youtube video a portion of that income is payed as an allowance so it's not taxed. I not sure how this works, but it seems it allows drivers to take home more NET income. Does Wilson Logistics also do this? Also, how much does Wilson pay new drivers who complete their training program? And finally, how is their 401K plan? Do they match contributions? I found some information online on the health benefits they offered, but I couldn't find anything on their retirement plans. I apologize if this isn't the place for these kinds of questions, I'm just not sure where else to ask.

Is it a good time to start trucking right now, with the whole corona thing happening?

I'm about to turn 26 and ready to change careers. OTR driving was one of the jobs I was looking at. I'm studying for my permit right now and was planning to apply to a company that offered CDL training. I hear right now there is a lot of work for drivers, but I figure once the whole corona thing dies down a bit the economy will probably take a hit. I read it could possibly be another recession. With that in mind, do you thing its the right time to start now or should I stay where I'm at and wait until things get more stable? I'm currently considered an "essential" employee so I still have work and will continue to since I'm considered a first responder (I work in a jail).
