Flatbed Freight Forecast

I’m trying to decide whether to start my trucking career driving flatbed. I am concerned over the amount of freight that’s going to be like over the next year. With the economy in its current state because of covid 19, will this have a significant impact to flatbed freight? I’d hate to start with a company and be sitting idle.

Prime PSD for CDL holders

I’m looking into the Prime PSD program and already have my CDL. The reason is that I don’t have any experience and it’s been almost a year since I finished CDL school. I have no problem going through a training program. My question is this. Has anyone else, that already had their CDL, gone through the Prime PSD program? And once the PSD phase was completed, was it necessary to test with DMV?
