I'm new to trucking. I paid for school and just got my Hazmat/Tanker Endorsement so that I could have that as a +. I'm not looking to immediately jump in to a tanker and I don't expect to be hired in to one right away as it would be a safety issue for me and the company.

I did smoke marijuana before getting my actual license so hair will be dirty but pee is clean. Any suggestions for Las Vegas OTR? I'm looking for a company that's not so shady when it comes to home time and can give me miles when I need them. I've ready many reviews online for so many different trucking companies and so many people have different opinions but being realistic nobody goes online to brag about how good their company is, the guys giving bad reviews more than likely weren't the best of workers to begin with. I'd just like to get in with a company who will treat me fairly with pay and home time. My wife will be riding with me so no issues about family and being away from home.
