Best scheduling strategy for team driving

Just wondering. I was in a training situation with another trainee and a trainer and somehow my actual driving time landed a long time after I woke up in sleeper berth so that I was driving into my 20th hour of being awake and unable to drive more than 6 hours without being to fatigued to go on

Sleeper berth question..

Ok I’ve only been actually driving since last friday and on Tuesday while I was in the sleeper berth my co trainee and trainer decided to stop for a shower. I decided to get up and get one as well while I had the chance. In retrospect I realized that maybe I should have went off duty from the sleeper berth during that time. I had not been in SB for 8 hours yet.

How big is too big?

I'm getting ready to start trucking school and will be gone from home for about a month and i am at my wit's end as to what i need to bring with me clothes wise. I think i should start with what is a reasonable size for a duffel? The female in me wants to get a BIG one, but i'm sure i need to be conscientious about how much room there is in a truck as well as being able to heft it in and out of the truck.

I'm gonna be gone from home for 30 days and i need to make sure i have what i need but i have no idea of what is a reasonable size for a duffel.
