Hogan Company Overview

Hogan company logo

Founded in 1918 by Joseph Hogan in St. Louis as a local trucking company. He started a small, local cartage business to serve the needs of St. Louis' business community. He was one man with one truck.

The U.S. interstate highway system evolved in the 1950's, making trucking a viable, economical mode of shipping. New clients partnered with Hogan to ensure the safe, reliable delivery of their products. Under Carl's leadership, Hogan grew from a small, local cartage company to a full-service, regional transportation provider.

In the 1970's, Carl enjoyed much success with his Indy Racing team, winning numerous races and championships with drivers such as Johnny Rutherford, Bobby Rahal, Dario Franchitti, and Helio Castroneves.

Today, the Hogan brothers remain dedicated to an over-riding commitment to the customer satisfaction that has been the foundation of their family's success for nearly 100 years.

    Hogan has the following home time options available:

  • Hogan Rider Policy

    Eligible passengers include friends over the age of 18 and immediate family members over the age of 14 during June 1st – August 31st.

  • Hogan Tuition Reimbursement

    Hogan does not offer tuition reimbursement.

  • Hogan Pet Policy

    Dogs Only. $200 non-refundable pet fee (payable in installments). Copies of pets shot record must be kept on the truck. Aggressive breeds are prohibited. Pets must remain in the truck at company or customer facilities. Any additional repair costs over $200 will be charged to the driver.
