Took one for the team!!

It wasnt that bad a&&. smile.gif I was hanging on for dear life and he looked like he was crying. And how would I have been able to take pics? He did not stop short and throw me, he slowed to a stop I slid off he sped away. He was driving a range rover. Old square body. Lots of room on hood. A video would be hilarious. But it happened. A rabid circus clown carrying a box of clips I thought ran by. I guess it was a box of grenade pins. dancing-banana.gif

The dude had cut the driver off already, yelling at him about getting out of the gd way. Then proceeds to turn around and get out been out of shape when I tried to help the driver. Left that part out.

So earlier this evening I had to run to local Food Lion to get some things for work. Very very tight parking lot. Food Lion delivery driver was having difficulties getting out. I stopped my vehicle and as I was jumping out to help him some dips$$& laid on the horn. I just yelled a few choice words proceeded to the front of the truck to direct driver etc Next thing I know, " Smack" the side of my head. It was the dude who laid on the horn. When I turned to confront him he bolted. I rode the parking lot on his hood. I would prob be in jail if I hadnt bailed when he slowed down. He took off like a bat out of h3$$. Or dead if I had held on. I was heckled by many w exception to the truck driver. Oh well

What's the proper way to resign from a company?

My first time reading that blog, G-town. The grass is not always greener on the other side. I touched base just recently w the daughter of my training partner from Stevens. Although I am a little disappointed he has not got in touch w me. I found out he stayed w Stevens almost 7 years. Last time I spoke w him we both had barely 3 months experience. He was upset about not seeing his daughters enough etc, he was considering moving on. Hometime is not the best at Stevens. 30 days out 7 home maybe! Jeff stuck it out for 7 years b4 his health forced him out of otr. Ramble on!

If I could I would tell my DM in person also. Do you actually have the regional job lined up? I would not jump ship without having another position. Talk w your DM they may have something for you. I am sure many Prime drivers will chime in soon. May the good lord shine a light on you!
