Well, they don't pay much more than that.

Found a few other links. You can just cut and paste them into a browser

Thanks I appreciate it, I applied to some. If you thought $25/hr starting was bad, why did you send me jobs that pays less?🤣

Mainly just to show you what else was out there. Also some were state jobs or union jobs or maybe just better benefits. Unions are big in NY.

Yea…i appreciate that though…you didn’t have to

Do you think at least $25/hr is appropriate for someone with no experience in Long Island, ny?

Yup. As long as you lived in a van down by the river.

Alluding to 'Patches?' Or John Ludwig? Or Presence? LoLoL...

Seriously, Hasani; I was born in L.I./NY ... well, born in Queens, and raised in East Meadow. Nassau County.

That's not really a 'bad' starting rate. I asked around. With experience (aka; if you stay 6 months & up,) you'll be making $35 to $50 per, or at least have the opportunity to.

Having your CDLA is a great bargaining tool, for starters. We wish you luck; let us know how it turns out. It's a job that somebody sure DOES have to do!!

My two cents,

~ Anne ~

Lol Ok I get it, what you think I should ask for since I have no experience? I’m thinking after I do their little road test to show them I can drive, ima ask for $30

New cdl federal requirement

When you took the test didn't they give you a paper to take to the DMV? Even though the scores are recorded electronically, that paper says you only have 30 days. Perhaps it is because my company tests out of state drivers so if you test within the state perhaps you don't so that.

Again... Go ask the DMV.

I got it today

I’m going there Monday but no, they didn’t give me any paper just a card for the website to see the results
