Finding a trucking job with old DUI

I'm having the same problem. I went to school at cypress and was there till time to test and got cut loose because their insurance won't cover me because I have a 20 year old DUI. And 11 years ago I had a citation for an open container not in a vehicle. Everyone keeps telling me it's not a problem but I guess I'll find out having to start all over through training.

I'm about to start filling out job applications. I have a DUI conviction that is 20 years old. Since then I have a clean driving record. My question is, should I put that DUI conviction on my app? Thanks.
