I enjoy exercising, cooking, leather sandal making and railroading. I've a BA degree in Public Administration, have served 25 plus years within the public safety field in various capacities, completed 4 years of service with the United States Coast Guard and a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. I am currently a CDL B hazardous materials driver with tanker and TWIC endorsements for an environmental company. I've a CDL A learners permit but desire to obtain my full CDL A license.

If it was not your fault, it won't matter. You don't receive any citations when it's the other driver's fault.
Hello PackRat: Thank you for the information regarding the adverse action. I was able to obtain my CDL A LP, tanker-hazardous materials endorsements and TWIC card. I've been researching for a paid training CDL school with the hopes of employment afterwards.

Hello: I was involved in an accident in January 2020 (personal vehicle) that I didn't commit which caused adverse action on my CDL-B. I've been studying for for CDL-A learners permit/tanker hazmat endorsements (March 2023 target date to take tests/fingerprints TWIC). The accident appeared on my record in March 2020 but I was told once that date passes I'll be fine to reapply for the numerous jobs that I submitted from those various companies, should I apply directly after that date or wait sometime afterwards such as April or May 2023? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated...thank you.

Thanks Ryan, I was able to obtain my CDL A LP along with my tanker-hazardous materials endorsements and TWIC card. I am researching for a paid cdl training program with employment afterwards.
