Adverse Action

As PackRat pointed out, an accident that wasn't your fault should be a non-issue, but you mention in your post about there being adverse action. Let's be honest here. Was this an accident that YOU say wasn't your fault, but ended up being determined to be a preventable on your record? The details of the accident is a huge factor in how long it may take for you to be able to upgrade your license.

Thanks Ryan, I was able to obtain my CDL A LP along with my tanker-hazardous materials endorsements and TWIC card. I am researching for a paid cdl training program with employment afterwards.

Adverse Action

If it was not your fault, it won't matter. You don't receive any citations when it's the other driver's fault.

Hello PackRat: Thank you for the information regarding the adverse action. I was able to obtain my CDL A LP, tanker-hazardous materials endorsements and TWIC card. I've been researching for a paid training CDL school with the hopes of employment afterwards.

Adverse Action

Hello: I was involved in an accident in January 2020 (personal vehicle) that I didn't commit which caused adverse action on my CDL-B. I've been studying for for CDL-A learners permit/tanker hazmat endorsements (March 2023 target date to take tests/fingerprints TWIC). The accident appeared on my record in March 2020 but I was told once that date passes I'll be fine to reapply for the numerous jobs that I submitted from those various companies, should I apply directly after that date or wait sometime afterwards such as April or May 2023? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated...thank you.
