I am currently in Las Vegas I am also currently enrolled in truck driving school. When I complete and get my CDL am I stuck having to find a job in Nevada or can I move to a different state with my CDL and find a job there?

I am signed up to go Wilson logistics in Springfield Missouri soon do they let you park your car at the terminal? The reason why I ask is because as of right now I do have a place to stay but once I commit to the truck driving I will no longer be able to stay here I don't want to put it in storage because that can get expensive and I already have to pay the car note on it

Before going to Roehl I advise you too make sure you can pass, not just think so. They don’t mess around.

Stay off drugs before getting into the industry. Stay away from drugs if employed within this industry. Problem solved.

Can you get your CDL permit in one state but actually take your CDL test in another state? The reason I ask is because I live in Nevada and to go to another state for training at some point after you get trained I believe they send you back to your home state so you can set up a CDL test but is there any way I could just take my CDL test in the same state as I did training? It's about 1700 miles away from me and to be honest I'll be leaving my apartment as soon as I go so it's not like I'll exactly have a place to come back to so I was hoping maybe I could just take my test in the same state as my training so I don't have to worry about it but I at least need the permit to be able to go

After asking and asking and getting nowhere there is a company that will train you and pay for your CDL training that does not do a hair follicle test that place is called Pam transportation it's been that way for years and it doesn't seem like it will change soon as of right now December 2022 that is still in effect they are also friendly towards people with felonies but the downside is they only accept people from Texas to the east coast so if you live in the West Coast they probably can't help you I live in Las Vegas and that's what was told to me but to be honest I no longer have to worry about that it's been so long I could probably pass a hair follicle test I'm signing up with roehl transportation soon and they do hear Follicle test but it's a good program

Yeah I appreciate the help and I saw the list already the problem is that it's not up to date I was hoping that somebody who's recently went through training could tell me

Drug Testing

Here is a list. I have no clue if this is up to date or not as I don't ever have to worry about drug testing.

At the top is a white box with the word "search" in it. Type in hair follicle testing or company hair follicle or whatever you want and it'll search the site and will bring up different comments. This is a question that gets asked rather frequently.

Due to my situation I need to get into a CDL training program fast I am 100% sure I can pass a urinalysis just not so sure about the hair follicle and I don't have time to wait what are some confirm places in 2022 that only do urine please hopefully this might help somebody as well

I was reading through these and noticed no one ever answered your question did you find a place that only did urine

I’m in a bit of a situation here. I’ve recently decided to go for my CDL. However, I have my medical marijuana card. Now before everyone starts freaking out and telling me to find another industry, hear me out. I’m not an idiot. I don’t drive my own personal vehicle while under the influence or operate my numerous power saws because of the risk, much less operating a vehicle I don’t own weighing at least five times what my car does. I’m giving it up, as I’ve used it to decompress from my job in banking. I figure once the stress of being micromanaged and yelled at every day is gone, so will be the need to smoke. Having said that, I cannot last another six months in my current job. I’ll be able to pass the whiz quiz by Tuesday, but the hair follicle is going to be an issue for me, at least it would seem so. Does anyone know of any companies out there offering paid CDL without a hair follicle?
