I am having a problem finding a company… I got terminated for safety violation for two incidents around the same time frame. One a backing incident at a truckstop and the other was a scrape of my bumper at a consignee. MVR is in good standing with no violations, The incidents doesnt show on my license.. Incidents only show up in the company system when i apply for other jobs. No CSA points deducted. Any companies you guys know that are 2nd chances? Really want to get back out there im 5 months in.

Hey guys, So I have a situation going on where Pam Transport terminated me for violating their company policy of accident reporting. I backed up and hit a Truck at a truck stop and left the scene without letting the other trucker know, I really panicked because im a new driver and did not really know the consequences of not reporting a incident at the time and later they called and asked me was my truck involved in a accident a a truck stop because the truck caught my truck on camera. Also, I had a incident days after that where my bumper of my truck scraped against a yard jockey at a consignee place and messed up my bumper which i reported this one. So i got terminated and now it has been hard for other companies to hire me because they said i need 6 months to a year of safe driving. Do you guys know any companies who will let me redeem myself? I only been driving 5 months and im like how can i redeem myself if other companies not even given me a chance. I learned from my mistakes and ready to get back to trucking.
