Applications

We don't have an application system setup specifically for the company-sponsored programs. Some of them are in our regular application system that I gave you links to, others you will have to apply to directly from their company websites.

I filled out application thinking it was for cdl sponsored companies and clicked apply to all now I am getting all kinds of calls where they think I am ready to drive but did not go to school yet don't have a cdl have to explain my situation to all these recruiters can I fix this problem and have them stop calling none of them were cdl sponsored are any of them cdl sponsored what a mess I got my self in all I wanted to do was apply to some companies so I can get this ball rolling

First year pay

double-quotes-start.png

Is the pay for the first year right out of company sponsored school less then desirable or is it reasonable. is it a lot lower then an experienced driver

double-quotes-end.png

Your first year pay will depend totally on your job preformance. But generally runs between 32k and 34k gross. That's before taxes. The pay is reasonable considering you will have zero experience and being trusted with a $150,000 piece of equipment.

And yes the pay is lower the first year than an experienced drivers and that is the way it should be.

Yes 32k for your first year is not that bad especially with no experience thank for your reply
