Errol, doing an awesome job on this post - enjoy reading of your adventures, even though your limited by dedicated run. Would have been nice if you could have dropped the trailer out of the hole. The Dog could have moved it, while you were heading out the gate with your full trailer. Roll Safe!!!!

You should be able to get copies from your local court house regarding the incident. Or maybe even find it online since all criminal record information is public.
Totally agree here. This should be an easy find for you and your lawyer is being a As* for not helping you!

I asked the same thing and decided not to ask- If you don't believe in something which in itself relates to a lot of other things then what is there to discuss?

Things Not to do While Driving
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) — Alabama authorities say a tractor-trailer crashed on Interstate 20 because the driver lost control while he was pulling one of his teeth.
The Alabama Highway Patrol says the truck driver told troopers he had taken his hands off the wheel to pull a loose tooth when he wrecked near Tuscaloosa. The crash report states: "He had the tooth in his shirt pocket as proof."
The tractor-trailer veered off I-20 into a ditch late Sunday and smashed into a tree. The crash shut down a stretch of interstate for about 11 hours until a single lane reopened Monday morning.
Authorities say the 57-year-old driver wasn't seriously hurt. Al.com reports (http://bit.ly/1Lq0gjx) the Highway Patrol redacted the driver's name from its copy of the crash report released to reporters.

Can I make a suggestion for the forum?
Just a observation, you say that you have been all over the web looking for info etc. on the career of Tractor Trailer, Have you actually looked throughout this site, to see what it offers and tells you? Truck Driver's Career Guide
Bretts book, Anything "Old School has ever posted on here tells anyone, even tinkering with the idea, What trucking is all about!
I am guessing that you are suggesting the "I'll hold your hand and guide you along the path" But if you are seriously looking into this "Profession" and need info, this would be the place to look! Key word, "LOOK"
I do not mean to dismiss your idea but only to remind that it takes a little effort, especially on this site, to obtain what you seek.

Came home class c in the mail
They, DMV, have it set up now so that if you do not have a new DOT card to them" by the date of your old one expiring," The next day your no longer CDL!
I received a reminder in the mail 30 days before, last week, but I'm going to assume that it is only because of them putting this in place. So keep track of your date. Good Luck
