Do companies give you a per Diem for food while on the road since you are out for days at a time? Or does that come out of you pay?

Hi folks, I like the web-site I have found it to be very informative. I do have a couple of questions. I live in Virginia and I was wondering if the online manual is the same I would use if I went to the DMV in Virginia and picked a copy up? Are the practice test the ones that would prepare me for the Va CDL class A learners permit? Thanks!
