Roll over, abandonment , what do now?

12/2017 I rolled my truck after doing the same route over 150 times, don't know why it happened. Ended up going to trans am OTR they sent me to recover a truck and the trailer mudflap arm was bent into tire and missing flap and front blinkers werent working(don't think fender lights need to blink just side markers for DOT regs). They also didnt work till I cycled the batterys and after words they would work for a bit then go out.

They wanted me to drive 60 miles unpaid to nearest truck stop illegally like that after already making me take a 10 hour flight unpaid , then sit around for a week unpaid well the truck for painted, then I got a call my uncle died so I upped and left after sitting for 17 hours well the company did nothing to help me.

So I figure I'm black balled for the next 3 years? Is there any other industry where I can make $20/hr? Was making $200 a day m-sat on my local gig.

DAC says I ran off road (technically true). Unemployable for 5 years now?

Here is how it went Low viability, icy roads, night, heavy snowfall on I-80 in WY, I pull into a parking area behind a truck but my trailer is sticking out. When I went to fix myself I had no traction and decided to play with the wheel and ended up offroad in a "ditch" (my drivers went a bit off road into a slight incline/grass I couldn't see because of snow). Well I tried to fix myself and couldn't so panicked and sent a qualcomm message "Slide off road into ditch", not really thinking this would come back to haunt me. Well now company reports on DAC That I ran off road parking @ a rest area. Well this is technically true it kinda makes the situation seem worse than it was. Is there anything I can do?

Been filling prescripts for antidepresants/anxiety but not taking them

Interesting question and I am really not sure....however is there a reason why you keep getting refills on meds you are not taking? As far as I'm aware medication isn't compulsory.

I fill it for personal reasons , but I can assure you 100% it would not sure up in a drug test .

I mean ,i doubt my prescriptions are in some data base for my employer/dot to find out so meh I'm probably just over stressing this ,and worst case my company finds out and I become homeless forever ,no pressure .

So for reasons I can't say I've been seeing a therapist getting antidepresants filled and then not taking them .

When I go to orention for my company and they ask if I'm taking things and say no (it won't show up on a drug test since I'm not taking it ) ,will they somehow find out dr prescribed it and I've been filling it and then Im screwed over ?
