Thank you. So how does it work out if you have to do a sleep study? Do you have to pay for the study or does the company pay for it and have to pay them back?

Sleep apnea And Sleeping Pills?

Hello, I was told that many companies are testing new drivers for sleep apnea if they are a big guy and would want to know if this is true or not. I am myself a big guy so I would think that a company might have me take a test to check if I have it. I also have a hard time sleeping too and was able to talk to my personal doctor about it. My personal doctor told me that it was ok for me to take sleeping pills at night time but if I tell the DOT doctor that I take them would be that be a bad thing?

Swift vs Werner?

The reason why is because the recruiter that I talk to that came to the school was Busy that day. I am definitely going to set up a meeting with them to check them out. I would figure that with Swift being bigger then Werner that could mean more miles. Swift does not have apu right?

What Company is better swift or Werner? I just got my cdl this Tuesday and trying to find out who is better swift or Werner. I am planning on going to Werner terminal tomorrow to check them out. So far I was told that Werner would be a better place to work then swift because swift Records Conversations in the truck from what others told me on truckers report.

Took my DMV test today

Hello, I took my DMV test today and was able to pass the Pretrip but I failed on skills because of alley dock. I was able to get it in and the skill done but got 20 points because of all the pull-ups and resets that I done. When I was waiting for other student to take his test I was watching others do alley dock and struggle to do the skill. Is doing alley dock that hard?
