Well my recruiter was Cathy from Roehl who i contacted a week before I graduated from a recommendation because I never heard of roehl..very smooth process.everytime she needed proofs I sent them immediately....Kathy asked which route I wanted I was confused of what she was referring to then she explained 7/7 7/4 7/3 5/2 of course I chose 5/2 which meant I would be working with dry van...when she sent my prehire it showed I would be home 34 to 48 hours..I need that explained bcus I was told in school that 34 to 48 hour reset is to include 1am to 5am twice before u can get back on the road and that wasn't part of your home time...so I'll ask tomorrow...she also said I have choice of driving car or greyhound..I chose greyhound but it sucked bcus a 9 hour trip turned into 13 hours with a 3 hour layover bus change in chicago...was told I will start off making .31 a mile after I get my own truck but in the meantime I will get $300 next week by Thursday and $300 the week after combined with $90 a day once I get with female trainer which Cathy told me if one is not available I would go home at their expense and wait until one bcame available or she will come to my house to pick me up....I arrived in Appleton at 2pm and immediately called hotel they were there to pick me up and another guy who was there with his tip in about 10 minutes....we checked into hotel and I was told my checkout is 7/15 which means I'm actually there for 10 nights total.... no problem....I was given room keys and told breakfast is at 630 am so setting clock for 600 am.... I'm a late sleeper lol....there is a target store, wendy's and arbys and gas station that also sell food to be cooked and such within walking distant in fact gas station wendy's and arbys is right next door to hotel and u can see target across fwy that's right next to hotel.....I waited all day and realized no roommate yahhhhhhh...well off to bed I hoped that helped for my first day here...I will give summary for my entire days until I get my first load

Looking for help with 90* ally dock manuver
I'm 3 days fresh out of school and what was taught to me is its great to have a bend in trailer and tractor and begin ur backing you then must"read" your trailer meaning after every 20 ft look to see what direction your trailer is going by looking at the front of the dock to the back of the dock whatever that trailer is about to hit u turn in that direction to straighten back up..if u ever have to take a,pull up only move up 20 feet in the direction your tractor is facing and whatever side is the closest make corrections to that side to get u away from the cone or trailers
