My boyfriend invested in the restistance bands setup for his truck. they're cheap and easy to pack and you can pick them up at walmart or any fitness store. And you can work every muscle with them. An other option is a planet fitness membership. the black card membership is only $20 a month and you can work out at any PF in the country (the're everywhere!) My bf just drops his trailer and bobtails to the closest PF several times a week. Walking or running is an other great idea.

Good hygiene and trucking
There's a product that I believe is called "no-rinse" and is marketed to truckers campers and the like that makes a quick wash do-able. also gold bond medicated powder can halp keep you fresh on those no shower days.
