90 to 140 psi question

Call it "the applied pressure test" . Examiner may ding you for incorrect verbage.. if you go to a school or company sponsored school the instructer will give you a sheet for their pre trip that will have the wording they prefer for their examiners .

Most get extremely anal on the wording lol

How can I check a nationwide DMV database to see if any flags come up from the past (10-20 years ago)?

As Brett stated above, it is a state by state policy as to how long tickets stay on your record. I had the same concerns you had with DUI's from 32 years ago in Virginia and Kentucky. In Virginia tickets stay on your record for 11 years, and 5 in Kentucky. My motor vehicle report/driving record is clean in both states after checking with them. It is very easy to do and can be done over the phone or internet. Now I am waiting for my police report to come back to see if those tickets are on there before moving forward with CDL school.

I knew there was a reason i hated living in va...lol

90 to 140 psi question

Trucks im training on (Cascadia ) you can rev the engine and air oressure builds up faster (gear driven air compressor ) usually want to be around 120-125 psi before you start the 3 stage air brake check

My Prime PSD experience

Im runnin on my second week here at prime as well. I didnt get to go out for the 1 on 1 training with a driver for 75 hours instead they have me and a bunch of others on a night program mixed with sim and pad time.. if you see a bunch of people at the truck in the campus parking lot with engine compartment open at 3 am walking around with flashlights thats us lol ... sim is nothing like the real experience of backing up but does help on driver awareness and shifting/braking controls a lot

I had to give up my pills for them to release the med card to me. 24 hours after giving them my script i was good to go

Thoughts On A Female Driver?

double-quotes-start.png

Ok guys. No laughing here. Thoughts on a female driver??

double-quotes-end.png

There are plenty of them. Some active members here are female drivers. In the end, who cares if you're male or female? This industry is about production. Welcome to the forum.

agreed women can drive just like men there should be no difference.. it depends on the individual not the gender.
