Prime Inc. Tattoo Policy

I'm tattooed behind the neck and half my back is covered in art. My long hair covers it so it shouldn't be an issue. And you can't see my piercing so...lol

I called them today. They said they require you to go through their own school or "approved" school, or have at least 4-6 months experience to work for them. One was even very quick to hang up without saying goodbye or "thank you for considering us" or along those lines...and I'm always very polite and pleasant on the phone, SPECIALLY with a potential employer.

I called US Xpress and for the New England Regional run, they pay $490 for training 4 weeks, then you have to team up with another driver (not a trainer) and you only get .22/mile (.44 split)....ouch

Sleeping on upper bunk

I'm not that cruel. Tarps are all slimmy and dirty. At least if I strap him to the catwalk, he can enjoy the scorching sun, get a shower with fresh rain water (and a drink) and maybe cool off with a little snow flurries. Sounds like the best time out spot to me.

Sleeping on upper bunk

If I don't really like the other person, is there a space to bungee cord him behind the tractor? Down on the catwalk?

Sleeping on upper bunk

I wouldn't sleep up there whole truck is moving, of course. I was thinking when I'll go solo with my own truck. Who knows, I might not need it either. I just thought maybe I could set the lower bunk as "living space", and the upper bunk as "sleeping space", granted I'd switch the mattress for a better one (or add a padded one on top). I don't move much and always keep my side of the bed so I don't need a full size bed.

Speaking of which....if I want to bring someone, is the lower bunk large enough for two? (Like a full size or at least a wide twin)?

Sleeping on upper bunk

Any of you chose to sleep on the upper bunk, instead of the lower, so you can keep your things at hand and maybe create more like a little "hang out" space more than a sleeping space on the first level?
