17 freightliner cascadia evolution airline leak

Did you check your gladhand seals? He may have accidentally knocked one (or both) out when he hooked his wrecker's/rotator's airlines up to your rig, and stored yours during the tow.

It still leaks even when bobtail. But they are fine.

17 freightliner cascadia evolution airline leak

Good day to all, I have a 2017 freightliner cascadia evolution with slow air leak somewhere but cant find the source. I broke down one day and had to be towed, the wrecker driver had bypassed the airlines so he can hook to his air system. This leak problem started after this tow and getting worse little by little. So here's my question where is the bypass outlet/line where wreckers tie in?

Prime inc. Tanker division

What's going on everyone, I currently haul reefer foods for prime inc. What's the going rate for lease operators, as well as mileage training and whether it's a regional or otr style routes? Never hauled tanker before so I'd like to know the basics before trying it out. Thanks.

Apu issues...

I did check the engine on/ off switch and its on. UPDATE now the unit has no power, its got to be an electrical problem somewhere. Saw that the didplay flickered and went out. I had the truck for a year and a half the ubit has about 3.5k hours on it. Going to Springfield anyways just got to survive a couple more days. Been driving nights so id be asleep all day where shops are open.

Apu issues...

Whats going on everyone, i have a problem with my apu. Its a thermoking tripac evolution and it does not start or crank, it recieves power and not kicking off any codes. The fans that are controlled by the apus control panel will not turn on either. I have tried resetting it, checked wireing and fluids and found nothing. Anyone had this problem before that found a solution? Anything ideas will help thanks.

Hard braking event

I got two hard breaks one i almost missed a turn and second a light changing red, both times were empty now both times there was nobody in front of me so when my dm pulled it up, what you have to say would be plausible. So if you get a bs event they can look it up on the computer, prime has a line graph showing the speed, following distance and other vehicle speed as the second line, that will say alot and can prove your story. Also if you have a dashcam you can show your company the footage in your own defense.

I only used it when out of hours...

Wait, what? In your original post you never mentioned being out of hours. Were you in fact out of hours when you off-duty drove to the truck stop? If so, there's no gray area there. That's a clear violation.

Have you ever used od driving? Have you seen the qc message that comes up when you use it? My original post was mentioning using od driving based on that message, i even showed the trooper the message and he never heared of it. Now the recent post i mentioned when im out of hours i used it when empty. To add to it i was not on a load and had to vacate the property. I no longer use od driving at all not even on the way home, ill go into violation before i use it. The trooper did mention that if you have no hours to drive and the shipper or reciever tells you to leave, they will be held liable.

Ok im not the only one then. I dont like dh from CT to OH because usually im not on a load so i drive the shift just to get around Toledo to wait for a load so its more of a waste of a day to me but at least i get paid for the miles when my assignment is recieved. I am a lease op so fuel also comes into play as well as im coming out of home time and the dh is my first run.
