If its truckload, then its full size dry van for now. We did by another company that has reefer but no idea if we will start pulling reefs.
I'm earning better miles each week, and just heard we are about to get a lot more. Home time is the same as most, one day for every seven out, but our home time isn't capped. Most places make you give up your truck if you take more than four, but not us.

I drive for them. They are a great company. If you've ever seen a con way truck, that belongs to Xpo.

I'd keep to the script. If they say you are wrong, there is no arguing.

Call Xpo. You will need to get your permit before you can get brought in, but its a good company.

I enjoyed the cafe in Lincoln NE. All you can eat spaghetti for $10. It may eventually recover from my visit.

I know of someone who failed the follicle test for Xpo and is driving for a different company. Don't give up.

Has anyone worked for XPO Logistics?
Sure. You get paid .26 a mile while training. I got good miles and checks during the training phase. They start paying you after orientation. If you don't get a trainer right away, you get $70 a day as long as you stay in Joplin and check in with safety every day. I chose to go home, still got a trainer quickly.
Now during school, they pay for room, and food.

Truck Versus Car Incident - Who Was Wrong, & Could It Have Been Avoided?
Main fault that I can see of the pro driver is he has a load to deliver at a certain time. That's his job. He just put that in jeopardy by not easing off the gas. Now his company may have to find another driver in the area to try to do a relay, or call the customer to explain that it wont be there on time. Customers care not who was legally in the right. They want there product. We are professionals. Our job is to make the delivery in a timely manner. Does it suck being cut off constantly in heavy traffic, yes. Just flip them off (joking) and ease back, and deliver what's in your box. If not, the customer will find someone else and the driver will be sitting at the truck stop wondering why he has no loads.
