You have a point (no pun intended). I found out that she used to be a corrections officer and recently made the move to a patrol officer. What is really going to make this whole thing even more fun is her husband is a judge!!!!!! I hope that I don't get him. Hehehehe!

Thanks Rainey. I do understand. It just struck me as funny that she thought they didn't falloff....lol! Well on the 14th I'll find out if there is anything that I can do. My mother will have duck fit if the insurance goes up that high. If it does, I will have to start driving sooner than planned Wish me luck...will keep you updated if you like.

The officer did mention something about a class but she wasn't sure what it helped on the ticket. I asked if it would lower the points and she didn't know. Of course she also said that she didn't think that the points ever fell off...... Guess I'll ask the judge.. He should know...maybe....lol!

It was for speeding 49/35. So not too bad.....well it is but at least not wreckless. Plus, I haven't had a speeding ticket in over 20 years. Think that might help my case with Millis? Also, I haven't heard much about them on this forum. Anybody hear any good/bad/indifferent about them?

Hello folks! I'm wondering if you guys can help me out. I have done my research and found the company that I would like to go to but, 2 things, I used to have a squeaky clean MVR until yesterday morning and I can't start til end of this year beginning next year. I'm wanting to sign on with Millis and I'm curious as to how soon I should start the process and contact them. Also, my beautiful Monday morning gift from Gaffney's finest, is that going to be a problem? It's currently giving me 4 points but I am going to court to throw myself on their mercy to see if there is anything I can do to get it reduced.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated,
Anna

Wanting to take my truck home....
I live out in the country and already have a parking spot for a bobtail due to having sung this song before. I was curious if anyone knew what Millis' policies are.

Wanting to take my truck home....
Thanks guy. I guess I'll wait until it gets closer to when I'm ready to ask a recruiter. I'm waiting till after the first of the year as I'm taking a cruise in November and I don't think that it would be a good idea to start a new job and then ask to take three weeks off! Lol!

Does Millis allow you to bring your truck home on your home time? Or do they have approved parking places and you have to find a ride the rest of the way home?
