CRST TRAINING SCHOOL IN JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA - PLEASE HELP WITH REVIEWS, TIPS, AND EXPERIENCE

Whereabouts are you in Florida?

Anything north of Orlando - and the opportunities start opening up.

You should be able to GROSS at least $40K the first year with almost any company - but there's no guarantee you're going to get home 3-4 every month like clockwork. Some companies are better than others at doing this - but your proximity to the freight lanes are a large factor - and if you are in SoFla, that's not considered "proximity".

I also have another dilemma to contend with before committing to any opportunity. I can't go backwards as far as income goes and I have to be home at least 3-4 days per month. The standard 1 day for every 7. I have a family at home.

I make about $40,000/yr now so I need to bring home at least that the first year.

I've been reading through all of that material since I created an account on this site. Very good stuff!

I do not want to team drive but options are very limited in Florida.

Narrowing down my options and starting school in January or February. Want to learn as much as I can about CRST Paid CDL Training in Jacksonville, FL before making a final decision.

Thanks for all your help.

Long term looking to drive a flatbed and have a local regional route which will get me home on weekends. But, I'm a resident of Florida and have a DUI that is only 7 years old so Cypress is out of the question (for now).

Thanks in advance for all your help.....

South Florida Resident - Get paid while getting CDL - Paid Training

Looking for options........I'm not paying $3-5K for any schools. I'm fine with signing a contract as long as it's a good company with a decent starting salary.

What are my options. Most places / most good places are not hiring out of Florida.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
