Driver managers

Okay I've read on a few of the forms here people complaining about their driver managers. From what I've been told a DM can make or break you as far as Trucking goes. What are some things I can do as a new driver to make sure my DAM and I get along and work well together. I know sometimes personalities will clash so putting that aside looking for good advice. Thank you in advance

Drive time

Your drive time only deducts when the truck is driving or if you switch over to drive while you are sitting. However given the scenario you gave us you drive for 6 hours then wanted to sleep for 4. You would only have 4 hours left in your day to get work done. You would have to do 8 more hours in the sleeper, or take a full 10 hour break to get more 14 hour day time back

Okay thank you

Drive time

Okay guys I have a question? Let's say you leave your terminal at 8 on Sunday night you drive till 2 in the morning that's 6 hours of driving. If you get in your sleeper and sleep for say 4 hours do you still have your 5 hours of your original 11 hour Duty day? Thank you for your help on this subject
