Protecting Your Freight

Trailers don't come with their own locks. At least none that I hauled... When I was hauling reefer I always carried two padlocks. One to lock the trailer and one in case I inadvertently left one on the trailer if I had to drop it. It wasn't a requirement but I didn't want anyone stealing my load.

The clock and parking

If you’re with Western Express flatbed you can probably park at most Lowe’s stores without a problem.

I didn't know that! Thanks!

Western Express Flatbed Orientation Question

Yes, that's right, and like Old School said it will probably be a longer period of time that you're out with your trainer so mentally prepare for it and you'll do fine.

Thanks Chris.

So if my load is over the rail I should measure it then to be on the safe side?

Thank you everyone for the awesome replies. I appreciate every point and I know what to work on.

The money issue... Well I can't get into that here, it's personal but trust me, it's not been fun. It's definitely on the list and will be gotten as soon as possible.

Thank you and I hope your Thanksgiving is fantastic 😊
