What CDL training program has the lowest standards for candidates?

Two excessive speeding tickets in 5 months and unable to pass a drug test? You might want to look for a job as a dishwasher, not a job operating a huge truck on public highways. Please, for the safety of everyone.

I'll try to keep it short but thorough. I was a complete idiot about 5 months ago and have 2 pretty serious speeding tickets. I have one for going 93 in a 65, and the other is 119 in a 55. Neither tickets are reckless driving, and I know I'm a complete moron. I had just gotten a new car and wanted to see how fast it could go. I'm not trying to give excuses, just stating what happened.

I have found a company that will train me even with speeding tickets like that but my follow-up issue is that I can't pass a hair follicle test as of right now.

Ive been denied left and right which is what I expected, but any suggestions with low standards would be greatly appreciated!

To clarify too I am looking for a company that will train me to get my CDL.
