Terminated by Schneider

So this may be kicking a dead horse here but I recently started with Schneider and yes they have a grievance process 3 levels actually so an Appel can go pretty high up. It is also true as every new driver is told in orientation our DBL can not fire us they can put in reports to management that all. It is also a Schneider policy that after X amount of critical events the driver is sent back for training to see if it is trading or attitude. Schneider can retrain someone but they can’t change attitudes. My guess is this was more attitude than actual mechanical issue

Tablets on the roads

Ok so who uses a personal Tablet versus a laptop PC. I haven't found any real discussion on this and if a thread already exists please feel free to link to it so I can add to the discussion. Anyway. I should also note I am new to trucking as of this post I have not been inside a truck in 15 years so a lot/ everything has changed. Trucks are cramped spaces as such I think the room is always at a premium. I love to travel and travel light. So I personally found the Ipad Pro fit my need for several uses. Is anyone out there using this or a similar product? If so what are have you found to be the ups and downs versus the good ole Laptop?
