Failed drug test, never done drugs.

Went back to get the details. This is from the" rapid detect Inc" blog.

"The truth is that if you have Kidney Infection, Kidney Disease, Liver Disease, or Diabetes, you could get a false positive for THC (Marijuana), Amphetamines, Opiates, Ecstasy, & Cocaine on your drug test. That’s not because of medication; the false positive comes from the body chemistry stemming from these diseases and you may not even know you have it. This is one of the reasons why it’s always a good idea to get a Lab Confirmation or an MRO to look at the sample and results"

Failed drug test, never done drugs.

If any of you knew me personally, you would know that just the idea of me doing drugs is ridiculous. But I realize that nobody does know me personally, so it comes off like I'm trying to get away with something. As far as the comment about being man enough to admit something, I don't even know what to say to that, I was always taught to tell the truth, and I own up to all my mistakes. I did some Google research, cuz we all know Google has all the answers LOL, but I did come across something from a testing company from almost 2 years ago that said something about diabetes giving a false positive for cocaine because of damage liver enzymes or something.

The fact that it runs in my family oh, and that my last med card test showed my sugar was above the norm, and they ended up doing a blood poke and it was only one point higher. But that was five months ago, and since then my eyesight has gotten a little worse, to the point that I almost didn't pass my DOT physical for the pre exam, and when I stepped on the scale for the DOT physical I was shocked that I was 25 lb lighter than the last one five months ago. So I'm really hoping as sad as this is, that I went from borderline diabetic to actual diabetic, and because I didn't check that I had problems with my sugar they didn't look for that as a reason. I guess I'll know soon enough, as I said in a different post I'll be going down to get tested for diabetes.

Sure...get another test and new friends

Truth is, the friends I spoke of aren't my friends, they're my wife's friends. That's the main reason that I drive truck is to be alone. I already submitted the request to elevated test in hopes they'll overturn it. My concern is ramifications that it has on my CDL currently. I'm going down to get new glasses cuz my eyesight has gotten worse over the last 4 months, and I'm a going to get tested for diabetes. But if they don't overturn it I'm in a world of hurt. So I'm trying to figure out what to do next. Something about a substance abuse physician is needed to clear you to go back to work.

Failed drug test, never done drugs.

Hey drivers gamma got a really weird thing here and I don't know how to proceed. I've never done drugs in my life, I drove over the road back in 2003 I know the importance of a clean drug test, so I don't even allow it in my house or around me. Went to go for pre-employment with a company and tested positive for cocaine. Even the drugs that my friends do aren't cocaine, how in the hell did it get in my system, and how do I fight this?
