What is a Second Division Vehicle?
I'm going through the high road training program to prep for heading off to a company sponsored training program and I am seeing "Second Division vehicle" pop up a lot but I don't think it really explained what exactly that is. So what exactly is a Second Division vehicle?

CR England Hybrid Electric Trucks
Usually, hybrid electric is used to save gas in personal vehicles in the city. I don't know if electric has the torque to make that work with larger vehicles.
