Free Spirit, I'd be interested to know what you do "food-wise" OT. My husband and I are beginning drivers school this next Monday. I've been looking for ways to prepare meals and stay on track with the way we've been eating for years before this decision to drive together was made...

Good companies that hire out of East Texas area?
Hi Wade,
What kind of trucking do you want to do? What are you aiming for... dry van? reefer? flatbed? heavy haul?
Do you want to go long-haul or regional?
Do you want to be home every night? Or out on the road for weeks at a time.
With answers to those questions, it would be easier to guide you to what would work for 'you'.
I can tell you that we LOVE our company. You can be hired out of East Texas even though our main terminal isn't there. But there are terminals in Texas. Our company does hire out of most states except a very few. But...
....it may not be the right choice for you if you're not interested in long-haul. That's what we do.
