Truck Abandoment

I applied to a company and a company appeared on my Dac report so they had to verify them. When verifying them the company statement was I abandoned the truck and load. My question is how.

I went to the company March 30, 2020 I got a call March 31, 2020 my grandfather whom was living with me had passed from Covid. I notified my trainer. He notified the company they gave me permission to get off of the truck.

I have the email traffic they asked me to come back just last month but since it was a new company they told them I was non hireable for abandonment. Where did I abandon it at. Plus I was told to go into quarantine because my grandfather was living in my home but isolated. I didnt return back to the company but how is it abandoning a truck and a load by not returning.

Prime inc. bummers by recruiters?!

I'm kind of in the same boat Brett. I went to a company orientation and I need them to verify that I attended and they hasn't responded. What would you do in this kind of situation?

What I'm reading between the lines is that there's all kinds of other issues going on you're not telling us about. You've made two comments so far and both mentioned race. If you're talking that way to strangers you've never met in a forum, I'm sure they were well aware of how you felt about them so they're not about to do you any favors.

Prime won't hire anyone that has been fired from their last job so they want to speak with your former employer to verify your information and the nature of your employment there. If they can't find out the information they need then they're not interested, simple as that.

99% of the people applying for jobs have no problem getting former employers to verify their history. If you can't find a way to make that happen then Prime is figuring the same thing I am, that there's more to this story than you're telling people.

There isn't anything we can do to help you with that situation. You have to figure out how to get them on the phone. If they're purposely not helping you, there's a reason for it.

Prime: 3 years verifiable, 5 years work history

I have a question I've never been unemployed within the last 3 years been serving in the Army however I attended another company orientation and told them I was leaving because of a Covid issue Prime found it on my Dac Report and the company is trying not to verify it what should I do?

Like the others said, gather up all the prior tax and employment information you can find. They are mostly going to be interested in the last 3 years. Keep communicating with your recruiter on this.

When I applied, they only needed me to scan / email my last 3 years of tax info. My recruiter was kind of surprised when I told her I could provide every employment and tax document dating back to 1994!

Anyhoo, get your ducks in a row like OS said and work with your recruiter.
