Pretty much have to start from scratch. You will most likely have an easy time w maneuvering, backing etc once you start training again. I would definitely look at company sponsored training. Some of the most popular training companies are detailed here on TT. Continental Express, Witte Bros, RE West, and online transport (I think) also have training programs depending on where you are located.

In an alley near Kodak I think outside of LA. Not weirdest place to park, but when I walked to find some food I was wearing a blue bandana, some gringos in a monza pulled up to let me know I should remove the bandana. They were cool supposedly but it was the wrong color a couple blocks away. I just returned to my truck and slept.

Fmcsa does not care about your opion on Cbds
Personally I back cbd and even thc to help w certain ailments etc. However, if the product can impair ones ability to properly operate machinery, car, big truck, f$&&ing chain saw, dont use it. And it defnitely does not belong in trucking. Even if "pot, weed, marijuana" were to be made legal one should not be allowed behind wheel of commercial vehicle under the influence. I myself stopped driving a time or two because I drank too much coffee and/or red bulls. 80,000 lbs people. Clear head. Clear mind. Hammer down. God bless!
