Surprise!!

GRAYLING, Mich. – Authorities say four people and the minivan they were in were dragged 16 miles by a tractor-trailer they rear-ended in northern Michigan.

MLive.com and TV station WPBN-WTOM say the minivan's driver called 911 about 2 a.m. Wednesday as the group was being pulled along Interstate 75 in Roscommon County.

Police say the truck driver was unaware that the minivan was lodged beneath it. The accident occurred during heavy snowfall that made visibility poor for the minivan's driver, who also was unable to tell dispatchers where it was on the expressway.

Crawford County sheriff's deputies eventually spotted the truck and minivan on northbound I-75 south of Grayling.

The minivan's occupants were taken to a hospital for evaluation. wtf.gif

I'm guessing they had to change their shorts, hell of a way to save gas. Can you picture driving down the road and seeing this?rofl-1.gif no deaths and not saying it's the truckers fault!! Yeah!rofl-3.gif

Oh, so they have a problem with beards?shocked.png

double-quotes-end.png

What do you mean?

The stereotypical truckdriver being a slob with a beard, compared to the more often portrayal, of a clean shaven, uniformed driver, usually figured as union worker. The beard comment was a Joke, dude. I get the premise of an unkept driver, How many days have you felt like driver #1 after driving your brains out to get to an appt. time, just to get put into a line. What is the diff? It is the individual that determines there own fate. If I show up at a receivers on time and looking like I just ran through the bowels of hell, as long as I have the attitude of, "Here is your shipment, Sir" I should be treated like the "Pretty boy" .wtf-2.gif right?

Jerks at truck stops

Roadmaster schools have outlawed taking any video's while training recently, due to one person, taking video of a student having problems backing while he laughed his A** off, (with all intent of placing it on youtube). There is now a suit against said A**, and he has caused anyone trying to capture a pre-trip inspection or whatever helps them learn, logging was a big one, to loose out.wtf.gif

Researched Links on DOT approved/unapproved drugs and meds

One item of particular interest (or concern, depending on the individual) is that any prescribed medication for Depression is not allowed. This was found on the link I quoted above. I know it's not official, but I have read numerous threads that say the same thing. Which is strange, considering the amount of people who take Welbutrin/Bupropion for seasonal depression and cigarette cessation.

Wrong on the Bupropion, you can take it.
