Running "hard".

Just to be clear i think i understand that process now and i haven't started at school yet( so if i am wrong please correct me) but if you keep your average daily drive time to no more than 8.75 hours you can avoid the 34 hour restart. So basically if you drive 11 hours on one day the next day you might want to only drive 6 hours and 15 minutes so at the end of 8 days you do not go over 70 and on your ninth day you have the same hours available to drive as the first day

One very good reason to stay right where I am....

That is absolutely incredible, and one of the reasons i am happy with my new career choice. the last company i worked for insurance cost 86 dollars a week for the family with a 10,000 dollar deductible. Not to mention the copay's where around 60 just for a doctors visit. heck it was cheaper to just pay for a doctors visit out of pocket because my doc only charged me 29 if i didn't use my insurance. My wife would have cried at the register if that happened. I'm really happy for you.

Company hire issues

OK, So now I have talked to "C.R.somethinorother" and according to the recruiter it is just company policy because they are drug related that i am "currently UN-hire able" but the silver lining in this all the companies that have been turning me down so far will have no reason to turn me down next April because they will all be over 10 years old then. Also Wer... is going to take all my info to their "review board" which I think just means to his supervisor and discuss my situation with him and will give me a call back in 24-48 hours which is promising. and Ste.... Transport is ok with my past because its over 5 years old but because i let the employment center here in Cochise County fax the app in i have to wait 48 hours for them to receive it and review it before they can help me any further. All in all i am starting to feel more confident i will find a company that will hire me out of school. I guess if you want something bad enough and can jump through hoops you'll get it.

Company hire issues

I have 3 minor charges from 2004|2005 (possession of mari. And possession of paraphernalia, I was a dumb 18 year old) and I was terminated from my last job which I hehad for 3 years. Someone accused me of leaving money next to safe, but no money was missing. One or the other is keeping me from being hired so far for any company with cdl program but I'm not giving up yet I have about 10 more apps out there. Any advice on companies that give someone a chance. Thanks for your help by the way awesome website.confused.gif
