Married starting trucking.

Hi everyone, I live in the fontana, CA. Im very interesting in starting my career in the trucking industry, but my current challenge is I have a wife two daughters 7 and 8 years old and a newborn because of this ideally local work would be best, however most require at least one year experience. Are there any companies that can offer more frequent home time and opportunity for local? Ive looked at Werner, gordon, kkw, schneide, kllm and prime, can you guys advice on any of the above? Thanks!!
