Thank You!!!

I tried being a truck driver last year. I found out it wasn't for me. I still greatly respect everyone of you who drive and do your job. Thank you for serving your country. Keep the shiny side up and the greasy side down.

Thursday afternoon we went out on the road. That was cool. Friday morning we tested parallel parking, coupling system pre trip. The afternoon was spent practicing lane change maneuver. Going out on the road again. The weekend will be spent relaxing and studying in cab pre trip. Next week we'll test lane change maneuver, more road time and in cab pre trip test. Bennett doing g pretty good. Have to get 80 or better.

CFI through Crowder College

I put my 2 week notice in at the county job I had. My recruiter and I spent 2 weeks trying to find a rental car. No luck. I rented the smallest uhaul box truck. I drove from Laurens SC to Joplin MO in 2 days. When you get in Joplin Thursday afternoon they put you in the La Quinta. Friday morning you go to the main headquarters to fill out paperwork and get ready to leave for the bus to Crowder College in Neosho. My class was lucky that we got an apartment to stay in. Bring something small to do. That's about it right now. Training start Monday the 19th.
