CDL Permit

As they said your vision needs to be 20/40 in both eyes but I had 20/40 at the eye doctor before corrective lenses and 20/25 at the dot physical. At the Dr they use the projector into the mirror method and the dot physical uses the old school curtain style. Those mirrored ones play tricks on my eyes, I always take my test without corrective lenses so I don't have a restriction on my license.

5 over no priors

Let me take a wild guess, the reason why you were running late to the concert was because she took forever to get dressed up?

Thanks for all the replies guys. I did realize how nice the cop was to me it was just a kick to my pride that I got it. I'm happy to hear that it shouldn't affect me I want to join the family of truckers. It's tiring to be working and still be considered in the "working poverty" class.

5 over no priors

Hey guys so just decided after talking to my wife last night to get my cdl. So we went to a concert tonight and I got pulled over for 20 over but the cop only ticketed me for 5 over which carries no points. I have no prior speeding tickets since I starting driving in 2000. So this is a 2 part question will that affect my ability to get a job? Secondly should I plead not guilty to try and reduce it? I'm from pa and the company I was looking at was schneider. I don't drive fast typically but she kept saying we were going to be late.
