How to Land the Best Truck Driving Jobs

Ryan, you keep acting like the victim you will always be the victim. Do you know how many industries treat their employees the exact same way? ALL of them.

Are you going to be one of those guys that whine about not getting paid to fuel the truck? I have only been driving for about 5 years and I cannot tell you how many free hours I have put in over my life to get a job done. It takes me less that 15 minutes to fuel and leave and that includes going inside to get the receipt and a drink.

I have spent whole life working with the mindset that if I make the company more money they can afford to pay me more. It works. Only twice in my life have I actually had to go out and look for a job. The first one I ever got and again when I left the Telecom industry. Employers come asking me not the other way around.

I would post pics to this thread but I haven't done anything kewl in a while. Did have a backing practice moment last week but I don't know how to post it properly.

Post them up. You may think they are boring but others may not. I think mine are boring but then I have done lots of concrete.

WOOOOW!! What is that? Is it part of a wind mill?

Probably a light pole or power pole base. Wind towers are MUCH larger.

Last load. 9'9" wide 29,000 pounds. Was told it was 8'6". It was on the slab portion. 1490567656.1302.jpg

That is just a fantastic picture. The surrounding scenery, is beautiful. The clouds are awesome, and that looks like a fun load.

That was hours before the snow hit monument, Colorado. I was thinking n Wyoming by that time
