Tandem issue I hadn’t seen before
Tried picking up one of our newer trailers (empty) from a shipper. Tandems are back and pins unlock normally. Try to slide them and they lock right away.
Thought the rails were stuck at first so I coerced it a bit which made the wheels roll.
I couldn’t piece together the problem or how those are related. I requested another empty and put in breakdown for that one.

Starting trucking with shaky job history
My 10 year history had maybe 7 different jobs on it. High school job, college, 4 years at one, then a load of temp agency jobs.
My situation sounds different but it wasn’ta problem except them checking every single one was probably a pain for them

Agh, alright I’m triple posting. I overlooked your comment on the PlayStation. Yeah, it’s annoying as heck. I do that with the fan and such. I had an Xbox and I have no tv mount so you can imagine. I didn’t care for gaming, just wanted to replay a 10 year old game.
This thought popped in my mind. Ever seen under cabinet mounts? Used to put radios or security DVRs in them.

Something like that where it hooks up in the cabinet and also secure your PlayStation. The microwave will help hold it to. Probably easier to build you one. I thought that nightstand idea to but there’s no room for that

I’m thinking the air fryer route for some non microwaved food. I’ve done both the hot plate and toaster oven and no, not the best options out there.
I’m changing my diet from sandwiches, sandwiches, and more sandwiches; to salads, wraps, grilled chicken, protein etc.
Would be nice to have the chicken crispy. I’ve been craving some baked ziti though I oughta make some at the house cause no one else wants any.
This might be helpful to people who can shop often. I’m home weekly so it’s much easier. But, OTR I would consider some kind of low profile freezer under the bunk.
Fridge is usually stocked with milk, mixed greens, lunch meat, cheese, sauces.
Cabinet above microwave has bread, wraps, cereal, granola or protein bars of some kind, peanut butter (yep), spices etc.
Cabinet above wardrobe contains paper bowls and plates (yes, they were rejects), plastic utensils, my toothbrush/razor bag.
I’d assume you could manage this in bulk. If storing on top bunk or under bunk I’d highly recommend the low profile storage bins. I’m pretty sure you can get a 12v mini deep freezer. They are very efficient.
I went the frozen meal route for some time and I regret that strongly. I realize OTR was difficult to do this but I made I wasn’t that prepared back then.

Thanks! I appreciate it. The Dustbuster stays in arms reach because I use it everyday LOL. The fan is nice and keeps me from running the truck until it’s over 75 outside. The purifier helps a lot with the dust. I’m not having to clean the dash as much.
Paper mills aren’t known for being dust free. More like dirt devils. So the pedal area does stay dirty most times.
Idk I found those New Balance years ago and they’ve served me very well. I need to clean them. They’ll probably give me 2 more years. Very comfortable to. On sale for $40 at the time
Well, shut MY face! TYSM, CM Five Niner~!
I'll sure take that with a HUGE thank you! Wow, just .. wow. NICE! Very ! Like anyone could see gunk in the door jamb??! NOPE! My home one is way worse, haha!
That fan. Our son has the same one. Pretty awesome, isn't it?
Want to trade some TP and/or PT for some SMUCKERS ?!??! (How much jelly/jam can one household eat ?!?!?) Tom's hung up there, trying to finish 3rd run, to be off tmrw... NO JOKE!
Thanks, man. Really really nice. I'm still 'wow' ing!

The route I do at May does Bud down south sometimes. I made their check in a contact named Buuuusch in my phone.
It’s nice seeing huge cube of 24 packs all perfectly packed and aligned on pallets.
They put a GPS tracker in there somewhere apparently. I park hometime against a fence against a pond. GL with getting that
A few weeks ago I hauled 46k lbs of blue moon and other various miller beers to be destroyed at liquid waste plant in Wisconsin. Very sad

Haha I will next week. I got loads of reject TP and paper towels taking up the whole top bunk that I am getting out this weekend and it’s just unkempt looking.
The fridge could use a good Clorox around the seals. Pesky things to clean.
Fine fine. It’s been bothering me all week anyways. Just for you LOL
2022 FL Cascadia double bunk DD15 505hp DT12. Not that it has anything to do with the inside. Only driver, 115000 odo.
Top bunk not shown as I said its full of boxes. Mattress is still in its vacuum roll. Two actually. I put my own in.
I know exactly your trucks layout haha. I have a whirlpool mini fridge/freezer, midsize. The large one would probably been better and still left some room.
It’s tough whipping out appliances but I have ample room on top mostly. I don’t prep on the slide table. I’ll lay things on the bed while cooking if need be. I take things out the cabinet only when I need them and then put them back.
CM59, the OP may never stop back, but.. in the interest of this forum; why TT exists, is to help future proteges'!!
So, on that note: HuH???? Why can't you share the innards?!?!?!?
Curiosity sure DOES get this 'cat.' We all know (and if we didn't we do now!) who you work for...why not a pic of the inside set up???
AND.. much Love & hugs to all; been a long few days, with my loved ones..(yeah, on here!)

ps: Susan D. was 'not' the photo share person.. but, she describes to the nines.

Nooope. I’m still fairly new but I’d take it back. While I was in training we had an overweight. Baled scrap paper going to a mill. My trainer was a hardass and told him to take two bales off just to be sure.
I’ve only been overweight once, Dec 24th 2020 on a reefer load from ATL to Jax, going on home time then deliver in Jax.
The place took forever to load and was likely closing soon. I was 3000 over gross.
I stopped and checked driver reports of the stations. All the mounties went home for the holidays. Lucked out on that one.

Tandem issue I hadn’t seen before
Update: Swapped trailers again an hour later. Not the trailer. Trailer air is set, but using service brakes causes about 5psi/s loss out the red air line. Which was supplying trailer with air.
Having a very minor leak in pressure after while driving. Don’t know much about it but seems like a brake chamber or valve issue.
