Day 13! It Was A Doozy!!

Did I seriously think day 9 was stressful? Wow! Failed my skills, bam right off the bat. Took lunch, fretted about it, practiced some more, tested again. KABOOM! Why there wasn't fireworks I do not know! ZERO points. There were some tears of joy I will admit. Think I am still in shock, not sure how I feel about it. Relief I am sure, I will be on the road Monday! Going to go ice my knee lol. Decompress Phew what a day.

How about more detail, Mikki? How does the mirror bug you?

Depending on what I am trying do I am either craning up to see or crunching down to see. Does that help? Just can't find a sweet spot to complete a maneuver

Day 9 Excrutiatingly Painful

So day 9 Swift. Pre-trip Eval. Before my eval. we were told to start pre trip on a brand new truck different parts. Next had to wait till after break to do mine, everyone else was finished. They started driving the new truck, offset, parallel parking and shifting (up and down). I felt pretty pressured to hurry so I was not left behind. Almost blew my inspection! Got to watch those nerves! So it was a very busy full full day. Look forward to some calf cramps tonight lol. Going to bed asap. Be safe. I would put a smiley but....I am pretty nerve wracked.

Almost killed the truck during the last service break test!!! Phew! would have been automatic failure! Passed, only missed 3. Trainer extremely patient, I definitely appreciated it. Thank You Debbie!smile.gif
