Well it's been fun. Best time I have had in a while.😘 I'm so glad I did this! Tomorrow is my last day😔. Best money I have invested in myself ! I'm going to be testing next week. I can't wait to see where my new career will take. 😃 thank you here on truthingtruth.com and Del Mar college for all the knowledge that I have gained and the friends I have made. Time will tell.....and I like your answer Ynkedad ! I'm sure I will have to work my way up just like the rest. And Buttonup your right, I was just offered to go apply at one crude oil company.... Was told they will hire me right out of school here. As soon as I get that HAZMAT. But like everything else in this world........time will tell. Thanks for the info everyone.

I live in the big state of Texas and down by the Gulf of Mexico outside of Corpus. I know I will be looking at the oil field.......they may pay hourly. Had a guy at the truck stop two days ago, telling us to apply with his company hauling crude oil. He said he was pulling in over 300 a day working five days a week. And that he only drove 109 miles out and back twice a day. And he wasn't dirty.he said look at me and never get dirty. So my question is, if I'm going to apply and they ask me what my hourly wage I'm looking for on app what do you think I should start with. And yes I will have all my indorsments and TWIC card as well when I apply.

😳I hope I don't get a stinky partner ......when I start out in this job...... I have a nose of a dog my kids used to tell me. I can smell when we get a mouse in the house. I have even smelt a snake in the house before didn't know at the time, till I went on the hunt for it. But I hate when sometimes when I start to smell things and no one else does yet ! And dirty body odor and clothes is one of them.😒😩

I alway bring a large coffee can with the lid. With me and A roll or TP inside it. About 24 years ago I was hunting in a blind in south Texas. It was early in the morning. And bam....😳 I needed to go so bad. It was just getting day light. I told myself to make it quick and I knew the chances of seeing anything after that was zero ! So I went down the ladder and started walking without my rifle. And I walked. I stoped about three times with this feeling I was being watched.😳 but I could no longer hold it. So I went to the thorny tree and droped my pants and held on to the tree with one hand and held my pants away with the other hand and did my thing. Luckily I have allergies and had a box of Kleenex in my pockets. I walked back to the blind and felt like I was feeling watched still.😳 so I claimed up set down and grab my rifle and started to scop out my area. It was quite. Man I screwed up. Then about ten minutes later. I could see people moving around. What the hell......then I heard them speaking in Spanish . They made a line to the fence line. The guy in front steped on the bottom wire and pulled the other one up. Then one by one they went. My lord I just dropped my pants and showed my ass to 1,2,3..... 30 people. Lol I was 😳. Never again. After that. Large Coffee can for the what ifs. Safty 1st ladies. I didn't even have my side arm on. Just saying I alway have one just in case. Only needed it once sence then.

Well 1/2 a day Friday on road to learn to shift up and then shift down . Saturday drove on highway and in town and construction work zones. Wow I did good on Saturday then in the later afternoon. It's was like I forgot how to double clutch. It really ****ed me off! Because I knew when I screwed up! And knew how to fix it. But why I did it to began with . Ugggg...... Good thing was I told the instructor when I screwed up and why. He just smiled and said. I don't have to tell you. You already know and tell yourself out load. I'm just watching you talk it out with yourself.😜😀 I'm resting today and going to work on my HAZMAT study here online. Then see what tomorrow brings. I'm having a blast . Oh walked in on tues morning about 6:45 to get my TWIC. Now just need to work on driving skills and then DMV driving test and HAZMAT test and I will be ready to look for work in about two weeks. Can't wait for my 1st pay check. I will be grilling myself a T-bone.

You keep trying to get to your goal.😘😇 and when you there...... You can smile from ear tot ear 😃 and tell him haha NO TOUCHING THIS! And he will try to work his way back in. And you can tell him ,He isn't worth the investment ! I wish I could help you out ..... I hope it's soon ......if not..... start trying to set it up soon. You can alway buy or replace everything honey. Have a yard sale. If it's important then ask someone to hold it for you. ( not the ex) but everything can be replaced ...... I learned to double clutch and shift to 9th then how to shift down. We started yesterday and all day today. We drove on thr road that had light traffet on it. Tomorrow we learn to drive in heaver traffic and a lot of lights. You will never guess who our instutor was........ A retired DPS officer who gave the driving test! How great is that......what better way to learn to set in a truck with one. He was a amazing teacher! We won't have him again. And that's ok. Because so far I have learned something from each and everyone I have had contact with !
