Why no restrooms in semi-truck sleeper cabs?

I've read posts that were a load of crap, but this one takes the cake.

Can I sue?

Is the jist of this story, the OP got his truck stuck in mud, the safety manager tried to pull it out and broke something on the truck, the OP got a preventable and now wants to sue the company? I would assume the OP got a preventable because he got the tractor stuck requiring a pull out, which resulted in something getting broke.

Scared sh*tless

It isn't only four-wheelers out here doing crazy and dangerous driving. I have experienced and seen semi- drivers doing some truly aggressive actions. My favorite is their tailgating, then passing, then merging back in front of me with a mere car length or two distance in front of me. Some will proceed to then slow down. I then ask myself: "Did I **** them off somehow driving in my lane," "was I too slow driving 69 in a 70, or are they just stupid?"

CDL Grad- Told I was hired then not hired

It didn't take long for the OP to start making derogatory statements about the industry he wants to make a career of, simply because he didn't get the job he believed he was entitled to. He also did not explain how he was "discriminated against," but maybe I missed reading how. The important thing to concentrate on now is shorting out his references for what he did during his periods of unemployment, and start applying at many companies. Also, stop feeling like you are entitled to be given a job, because you are not. In fact, change your entire attitude about the industry, or you won't make it very far.

Company CDL Program rattled my confidence.

How long were you at school before you quit? You do realize that unless there was a grace period of some sort, you have to pay the tuition for the school you left.

What do you consider a "proper school"? Your stating, "i survived 3 hours driving with live traffic, alley docked and drove on the highway" makes it appear you think doing so was a major accomplishment. You are going to need to toughen up emotionally a bit if you plan on going to another school. The instructor you get may be as rough as the instructor you had, or worse. There is a reason why instructors may be tough under the collar. You are going to have to plan to adjust to it if you plan on succeeding at ANY school.

Personal vehicle speeding ticket

In many States, 15 mph over the speed limit is Recklless Driving. Listen to what Rob T. suggested you do. Also, just because everyone else was speeding 10-15 mph over the speed limit is no excuse for your doing so, especially as a professional driver. This will be an expensive lesson. Hopefully, you will learn from it. Good luck.

On the way to work this morning i was driving on i69 were the speed limit is 65 but traffic usually does 75-80 i was cruising at 80 mph and as i came around the corner a state trooper was sitting there and pulled me over! I got a ticket for 81 in a 65! How will this affect current employment and future employment?

Let's hear it - what do you guys think about the Canadian Truckers?

Of course the manufacturers of the faux vaccines say the effectiveness wanes and there is a need for boosters. Who do you think benefits from the manufacture and sales of vaccines and boosters? Some manufacturers are on their 3rd and 4th "boosters. In what. 18 months?! Billions of $$ have been made and more is at stake in the future.

The CDC has become a political joke, and no doubt depends on "funds" for research. Politicians are also benefiting financially from the vaccines/boosters, so they are going to push them also. That isn't new, but the potential earnings to keep this pandemic alive are mindboggling. And if I read one more comment where someone is repeating "the vaccine wasn't meant to prevent Covid, but reduce the severity of symptoms," I will only surmise that intelligent life on Earth has begun to wane.

The CDC and vaccine manufacturers say the effectiveness of the vaccine wanes over time, that's why there's a need for boosters. They also say it does nothing against omnicron. Speculation on my part, but that's probably because omnicron doesn't have severe symptoms to begin with.

COVID vaccines deliver instructions to cells that tell them how to treat an infection. Traditional vaccines put a dead version of the disease in your system so white blood cells learn to identify the threat and react accordingly.

I have a terrible driving record, drug user and criminal record …………,

I accept the fact that people make mistakes. We all have. What confounds me is those who believe their mistakes or actions should not result in repercussions. The "I smoke a little weed (or take other drugs), but it's legal where I live ", "I get in accidents frequently," or "I have been a career criminal" folks are then astonished when they won't be licensed or hired. Rather than accept responsibility for their actions/mistakes, they cast blame on others and scream discrimination, racism, sexism, or any other -ism so as to deflect from the fact that they are to blame for their circumstances. The Powers that Be who legalize "harmless" drugs, or pander to certain segments of Society and make it all seem "normal," are contributing to this feeling of entitlement and irresponsibility we see in Society today.

If it does not prevent infection or transmission, then it IS NOT a vaccine. You people have been manipulated by our Governments and their propaganda machines to believe suddenly that "vaccines only reduce symptoms" or "doesn't prevent transmission" and other garbage to cover for the ineffectiveness of these faux Covid "vaccines." The WHO, CDC and even the evil little elf Fauci have flip-flopped on their policies throughout this pandemic. Follow the $$$. For you who will argue that it isn't about money, but "public health"?.....Ohhh, whoa is your ignorance.

double-quotes-start.png

The vaccine does nothing to stop you from getting it or from spreading it.

double-quotes-end.png

How are you sure about that? From what I've seen, scientists don't even know for sure how much it prevents infection or transmission.

I don't feel personally attacked. I do get angry when due to their ignorance on something, a person repeats misinformation about vaccines due to their lack of knowledge/experience on how vaccines actually work. Your knowledge is based on what you read or hear. And by all means, vaccinate your children. It does not affect me in the least.

Don appears to feel personally attacked for some reason. Like I've already said several times, believe what you want and do what you want. You have every right to do so. I'm gonna do what I feel is best for my kids. What's the point in getting angry? I'm not gonna change your mind and you're not changing mine. There's plenty of info available about all this stuff as you already know. No point in arguing my guy. Get the vaccine or don't, I really don't care man. But what you decide to do is none of my business and vice versa.
