Do you mean they have you lift the 90# tarp? Or do you think it's lighter? I think I can get the 80# crate up. Using Old School's tarp lifting idea I might be able to do 90# with the tarp but I'm a little worried now. My strength is in my legs, not my arms.

I want to say it's lighter that I'm not 100% sure on and would hate to tell you wrong. But if I remember right it didn't feel like 90lbs.

I'm guessing the guys you saw that can't lift it went home huh?

So, my excellent recruiter at Prime answered my question a few minutes after I sent the email asking about the lifting requirements. Refrigerated (division I'm going into) has a lifting requirement around 60+. If you can't pass the upward lifting weights then you just don't qualify for flatbed and possibly tankers.

This doesn't mean I won't try my damndest to get all of the weight moved, but at least I won't be sent home just because I wouldn't hack it for flatbed.

Yeah that's what we were told as long as you can do the lifting part you won't go home.
