How long does it usually take for a recruiter to call you back after they run the background checks? Its been 3 days & was kinda thinking maybe she's not going to call me back. Any helpful insight would be awsome! Thanks

What company if I may ask? Have you attempted to call or email her for an update on your status?

P.S. - It was a long holiday weekend so take that in to consideration...

Celadon. No, I have not called, mainly because I had no idea if thats the norm. And I also know that they are probably pretty busy with the holiday and all.

It does not hurt at all to call. You never know how many other applicants they are working with at the same time. I would call tomorrow and just say you want to check on the status of your application. This may help get or keep the ball rolling and also get you moved to the front of the line.

I filled out an application and a recruiter called me a week later. That's just my story though.
